Hii im wondering if anyone can help me iv been wanting to lose weight iv been working out everynight and just completed the 60 day insanity however my body is getting bigger it doesnt look toned bt my muscles are bigger im nt sure what im doing wrong my diet is average not bad but nt super clean could that be it?

You don't need a super clean diet. You need to eat at a modest calorie deficit in order to lose weight. It doesn't matter how much you exercise, if you're eating more calories than your body is able to expend, then you will gain weight. Geting your eating under control has to be the first step. Adding exercise can then allow you to eat a bit more, though you have to be careful not to overestimate your burns. Good luck.0
