I really like the Salad Creations by Lean Cuisine. They are in the frozen section of the grocery store. They are delicious and healthy! All you need to do is supply the lettuce.

I have been doing it for 2 years now. I absolutely love it! I have done the body sculpting, however it isn't offered as much as the regular classes. I also babysit twice a week, so my Jazzercise is free :)

I ran into the same problem this week Becca. I gained 3 lbs. I'm sure alot of it is water weight. Next week I hope to lose it all plus some more :)

I grocery shop at Wal-Mart and I have found two different kind of hamburger buns that are low in fat/calories. Wonder Bread makes a whole where low calorie one and I can't remember the name of the other brand, but it's 1/3 less fat, and very few calories. Both are delicious!

I have tried Weight Watchers in the past, and I am a Lifetime Member, however I was getting frustrated with it and I decided to try this website. So far, I have been loosing weight and I like the fact that it is free!

I have the Firm Express and I love it! I bought it off their website, but you might want to check out Amazon.com. I also have several other FIRM DVDs that I love! I would definitely recommend it if you are willing to spend the money.
