I did a one rep max deadlift in July 2012 and topped out at 230, two weeks ago I did another one rep max deadlift and got up to 265! :) Needless to say I was excited!

You can do it! The first 5 days are the worst - after that you don't feel the soreness, you just start to feel stronger. Go through to the end! It is worth it. I promise. 30DS was the first thing I started and completed entirely. Now I do the levels for fun in addition to other workouts.
