LOVE kettlebells. I would recomend them to anybody. They are such a good workout, and the best part is that if you go intense, you can get a great workout in in 20-30 minutes. And those swings.....can you say BOOTY BURNNNNN

I eat about 3 a week probably. I never use them as a meal replacement, but they are a good way to 'cheat clean'. If I have some extra calories left after my three meals, and I am actually still hungry (rather than eating just because I have calories available to me) then I will splurge with one or something half of one.

Have patience and don't give up. If you follow what MFP sets up for you, the weight will come off. Don't enter false info when entering your food, the only person you're cheating when you do that is yourself! :) Also...if you can weigh all the food that you eat you will have much more accurate calories/nutritional info.
