in order for you to not have excess skin you really need to include strength training in your workouts and lose it slow so your skin can adjust. if you do this, you should have very litte, if any, excess skin. :bigsmile:

i asked a question similar to this not too long ago. you will lose weight by sweating, but its only water weight and it'll come back. when your heartrate is up is when you're burning calories.

i started turbo jam a couple weeks ago and i love it!! just be sure to do the learn and burn dvd at first to you can learn all the moves. after you get them all down its REALLY REALLY fun and one he!! of a cardio workout.

i get like that every friday and saturday. it doesnt help that my weigh ins are monday mornings. usually around 1030 or 11 at night i get the boredom munchies. i'll snack then i'll get tired and fall asleep... which is a HORRIBLE thing to do. weekends are evil when you're trying to lose weight. :devil:

its possible. theres some workouts out there that can burn up to 1000 per hour!!! it just depends on how much you get into it.
