about a month ago or so my boyfriend and i went to buy a treadmill. the owner of the place we bought it from was a trainer. he told us your heart rate is based on your age. the older you are the higher you need to get your heart rate. he gave us a formula to use, but i dont have it with me right now :o( i will get it and…

i get up at 545 and hit the treadmill around 6 or so. so, i waste no time getting it over with. lmao p.s. I HAVE THOSE SAME KNEE SOCKS!! i also have a red pair and brown pair :o)

i didnt eat before my workout this morning and it didnt really bother me. i was too worried about falling asleep while on the treadmill. lmao. breakfast was the last thing on my mind. hahaha.

do a google search for c25k and theres a site that gives you a program to go by. it breaks it down for you so you dont do too much too soon. its supposed to help you reach the 25k within 9 weeks. if you cant find it i can try and find it and send you the link.

all the symptoms you've described happen when people are literally starving themselves and not eating anything... thats not "starvation mode"
