Don't have any before and after pics, but in 3 months of following MFP to the tee, I've lost 35 lbs, 2" in the neck, 6" in the waist and 3" in the hips. I attribute the majority of my success to my supportive girlfriend and co-workers. Overall, I haven't done anything crazy or difficult. Just watch my calories, fat and carbs while working out 4-5 days a week for 25 minutes.
