its VERY expensive to eat healthy. i dont know how some people can afford the organic stuff!!!! thats crazy!! i just do the best i can with the money i have.

thanks a lot guys. i never really believed it, but i didnt really disbelieve it either... kinda stuck in the middle and just wondering. whether or not i am burning more calories, i still love sweating like crazy when i work out. it makes me feel like im accomplishing something... even if im really not. lol

i think you will be ok IF you do strength training along with cardio and you lose it slow. the slower you lose the better it is for you and it will give your skin time to adjust.

i see you eat instant oatmeal in the mornings? me too, but you forgot to add the milk you put in it. lol (unless you use water) anyway, try putting a spoon of peanut butter in the oatmeal... thats what i do and it helps with calories. and not to mention it makes it taste like a no bake oatmeal cookie!! it helps me get and stay full. i usually drink a 16.9 oz bottle right before i eat and another 16.9 oz bottle as im eating my mean. it helps me get full quicker and i stay full longer.

i usually eat 4-5 times a day. 3 small meals and a snack or 2.
