Guess I should be disappointed, I only average about .5 pounds a week if it's a good week. Wow! I'd be ecstatic if I lost that much in one week.

Love the response. I've stopped eating all the low calorie stuff and concentrate on the full calorie, which is so much more healthy for you, high fiber. There are days that I am not hungry enough to eat a total of 1200 calories, but overall I average on a weekly basis 1200 per day. A little more one day and little less…

Wouldn't matter if you're using water. There are no calories in water. If you used milk instead of water you would need to add the calories from the milk.

I love my water. I drink more than 10 8 oz. glasses a day. I never count any liquid as water except water. Tea, coffee, diet soda just doesn't have the same benefits.
