Plain greek yogurt with 2 Tablespoons Polaner Sugarfree with fiber raspberry jam....so good = 100 calories and is high in protein so it helps with cravings. Also Think Thin Protein bars that are sugar free= 230 calories with 20g protein. Great after a work out.

Reduce your sodium intake to 1500mg, which is a very low salt diet...this helped me tremendously to stop water fluctuations.

I eat most of them back, I wasn't losing for a month...it was suggested to eat them back and try to eat some of them as protein. I started losing, Im new to this, but its helped me, Sometimes Im short a 100 or so, but I give myself some flexability.

Try Dannon Plain Greek Yogurt with Polaner Sugar Free Raspberry or Strawberry Jam and a few Blueberries Sprinkled In....I love it and its only about 125 calories.

Save 100 calories...eat half a 0 sugar protein bar, like "Think Thin Chocolate Fudge". It has 20g of protein in each bar, so half would give you 10g. Drink a cup of water with it. The protein may help the cravings. You can find these bars at many grocery stores.

Eating protein with a small amount of carbohydrates helped me curb my cravings for sweets. Protein helps you digest sugars slower , so you don't have the spike of sugars and then crave more. Greek yogurt is a good snack.
