I was crazy hungry for the first week or so. Start adding in greek yogurt or some other high protein/fiber snacks. It definitely helps keep you full! Good luck!

I agree, zig zagging is not complicated. It is a matter of editing one or two food items a day. The bottom line is we are ALL busy. However, if it is important enough to you, then make the time. I don't say that to be harsh, just being realistic.

I would suggest taking a rest day and eating ALL of your calories. Sounds like to me your body is resisting all that activity and you aren't providing enough fuel.

I would try adding sodium and sugar to your tracker and see if you are consuming too much sodium. Sometimes that can make a difference, at least with me. Good luck!
