Whatever you like and that fits into your eating plan is good. I don't see any reason of changing it if it is working. I have the same breakfast most days. Eggs are good for you and they usually hold me best til lunch. I don't think it is bad to have the same breakfast over and over

My alarm is set for 4:50 am....get up and JUST DO IT!!! It is finsihed and you can go throughout your day feeling like you have accomplished something and be proud of yourself!! I workout from 5 am to about 6:20.....good luck!

I pack my creamer concoction and take it with me. I put 2 tbls Of sugar free French vanilla creamer and sugar free coffee syrup and put it in a plastic container and take it with me wherever I go! I pack a lot of foods with me....snacks and stuff so I stay focused and won't get too hungry.

I uses coffeemate sugar free frnch vanilla creamer. 2 tbls is 30 calories. Mini moo individual creamers are 10 cal each. I put tons of plenda in my coffee too. I also started using a Keurig and get tons of flavored coffee that is awesome!

You want the grams of total protein to be 80% or higher of total grams. I also look at the calories and try to keep it as low calories as possible. One of my favs is Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Isolate. It is 130 calories for one scoop and 30 g of protein. I get it at Walmart.

I do the full insanity/asylum workouts. When I do a video for the first time, I might have to rewind it to catch on to the move but other than that I follow it. I would do what u can and have a goal to get thru the whole video w/o stoppng. Good luck!

Take it off! As long as you get back on the next day!! I do not allow my food binge days to last more than 2 days. I do it maybe once a month. My b-day in Oct.
