Cottage Cheese mixed with yogurt and fiber one cereal is yummy....just mix it together and go. I also love egg beaters with fat free cheese on a high fiber tortilla with a banana......

I personally have not been happy with my Polar at all!! I have had 2 Polars now and they both have not worked well at all.....The next time I buy a HRM it will not be a Polar for sure!!

Think of it this way....you are going to HAVE to change your eating habits, one way or the other. So why not change them WITHOUT the surgery. I wouldn't worry about the protein....I eat between 120 to 150 g a day of protein. I also wouldn't worry too much about sodium, unless you have health issues. Whatever you do, do not get a POLAR HRM!! I have had 2 and they both quit working within or less than a year and their customer service sucks!! I am hoping this one I have will limp along long enough for me to get my money's worth out of it. It did not factor in BRM either...... Just FYI!!! Lauri

I agree with the rest....I try to get protein at every meal and snack and will use the powder for my oatmeal if I don't eat eggs for breakfast and I will eat a protein bar in the afternoon for a snack.....other wise, I do eat a lot of chicken for lunch and dinner.....or Boca burgers......

Asian food is so much easier for me than Mexican!! Just say no to the rice and noodles and eat plenty of veggies and meat! Chicken and brocolli and mushrooms are my fav.....stay away from any of the carbs and you should be ok!

How long have you been exercising? Sometimes it takes a while to condition your body to get used to more. When I first started Insanity, I could hardly make it through a 45 min session and I was dying!! Now I can do the 1 hr sessions and get on my spin bike for 10 or 15 more min. Just make it stop today and not leak into tomorrow or the next day. I had a bad week a few weeks a go and got back on track and didn't make too much damage. You can buy them online and get coupons! Google them...once you start ordering them they will send you coupons for like 6 free....I have a freezer of them! Love them with fat free cream cheese!
