I've lost nearly 10lbs in just over a month. I'm not really allowing for many treats with the 1300 calorie goal. I usually use Saturday and Sunday as cheat days. I go over on those days. I am a Precor fan. I like the old 546. I don't own one myself. I have a NorticTrack. I'm a member of Planet Fitness and they have Life Fitness machines. I sure miss the old Precor 546. Good insight. I never assume that everyone is in A-OK shape to press/lift their potential. I've had knee issues in the past and that advice might not work out so great with me. Did you assume liability for the advice? ^^ This.

I have a golden retriever /pit mix. He doesn't chew my shoes, but he does like to relocate them. Shoes that were once in the closet can be found on the living room floor. He isn't even creative in where he puts them.

I've lost about ten lbs after working out each morning and eating healthier. I went to the doctor today with my back hurting. She said I've strained a muscle in my back and to take at least a week off from working out. :/ I feel like I just did get momentum.

I have post surgical hypothyroidism and hypoparathyroidism. I was advised in April that my parathyroid did not 'wake up' following last June's thyroid surgery. Sometimes my fingers and hands get sore from the hypopara. I have to take calcium, synthroid, and calcitriol. Some folks experience all kinds of emotional issues…

Tomorrow I am going to Pride Fest in Baton Rouge. I am helping the local MCC (Metropolitan Community Church) set up their booth. I am in the Lesbian Social Club and we are meeting up at 1p and hanging out, and then I am sitting at another booth for an hour in the afternoon. I try to help out with Pride where I can. :)
