Did you find a solution? I'm in the same boat. I'm getting duplicate workouts on MFP which cause my calories to be overestimated on MFP.

On Pegan, I pretty much don't eat food that I don't know where it came from. I bought a butchered cow from a local farmer and all veggies and eggs come from a farmers market.

Fitbit usually thinks when I'm mowing with my self propelled mower that I'm cycling. Perhaps holding the handle of the mower resembles the motion of holding handlebars. I usually take the cycling activity that Fitbit gives me, which is less calories than walking.

I'm at 140 these days. I am working to getting back to 130. Been keto for about 2 months now.
