I had my first baby 9 months ago and felt awful about how I looked afterwards. I had to have a C-section and my belly looked like some sort of pouch. I had absolutely no self confidence. I had piled on the weight during pregnancy (my own fault) but decided to do something about it when my child was 3 months old. I’m feeling more confident in myself now and I have around 6lbs to lose until I reach my GW. The “before” pics are when I was 3 months postpartum and the “after” pics are from when I was 142 but I’ve lost another 2.3lbs since then.
