Wow what a transformation!! Could you tell me your height please? I look like your before picture and would love to reach your after picture. I’m 5ft3 and at the moment mfp is telling me to eat 1,280 calories but I find it really hard to stick to

I’m also 5’3, starting weight 173, current 139, 1st goal 125. I did 1400 calories for the first two and a half months (29 pound loss), but stopped dropping weight for two weeks and have been trying to stay closer to 1200-1300 for the past 2 weeks to drop another 5 pounds. 1200 is HARD for me, but I figure I can do anything for a couple months and when I hit maintenance weight I can go back to 1400 calories, which was sustainable. I’m not doing IF, but the way I have been able to drastically lower my calorie intake has been making my breakfast and lunch 1/2 a pot of coffee with half a scoop of protein powder. I usually don’t eat a meal till I get home around 5pm and have 1000 calories left for the night (I’m guilty of late night snacking).

I was having a negative body image day so thought I'd assess my progress thus far. Holy heck batman! Now I don't feel so bad!

    You look fantastic, well done!

    Thank you!
