My trainer has me doing them on my forrarms. I find that I use more muscle groups. I have tried it the other way but found it to be easy for me.

I have an internal struggle with should I or Shouldn't I. In the summer I will go and walk and in the Winter time I journal. Both help me to figure out what the real issue is and work through it.

My highest weight when I started was 308lbs. I am currently at 300lbs. I have a ways to go before I reach my goal. I am working with a personal trainer. I am having trouble lining up my food habits to match with my new healthy life style that I have pictured. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks.

Mine was found when I went for my physical. My doctor requested for me to get blood work. Found out that I have an under active Thyroid. It also runs in my family.

Lettuce Cucumber Red Pepper Green Pepper Carrots Light Chedder Cheese Raspberry Vinaigrette Less Lettuce and more of the other Veggies. Sometimes I will add Chicken or Ham into it.
