  • So I wanted to check in and see how everyones first week went!? I actually ended up doing a lot of outside workouts (running/walking/lots of yard work) because of weather, and i got in 6 days. What about you guys what did you end up doing and how many days?

  • ok so i did my fit test yesterday and i had actually done it in aug and i beat all of my results from then! I have been doing workouts just not insanity so i at least feel better that i am improving!
  • mnldreams: weight loss-0 lbs. I think we should do some type of workout challenge again, like 5 or 6 days of doing an actual workout (ie, exercise tape, sports) a physical activity. That usually helps me to stay on track and not slack off.

  • water is a good one! i need to keep up on my water intake because of nursing but i sometimes don't think of it if i'm busy! Should we say at least a 5day workout week then at least 64 oz of water a day? (thats 8 glasses of 8oz) so then we can all agree on something to work towards!?
  • sounds good to me!...should we do at least 4 workout days? and what about a food challenge? can we try to do only 1 or 2 times out for meals, so we dont eat fast food a lot cause thats what gets ya!
