My Horizontal Life by Chelsea Handler was great, so ditto that. I also have to second The Hunger Games series. I've read them twice and can't get enough. Anything by Jennifer Weiner or Jodi Picoult! Have a nice vacation. I'm jealous. ;)

I think you need to have a face to face talk. Not over the phone, not thru texts. And again, it is only going to take time to build that trust back up. But the first step really is for you two to talk about it. *hugs*

I use a heart rate monitor but if I didn't have one I agree with entering it as circuit training. I compared what my HRM and what circuit training had for calories burned and it wasn't too far off.

Only time can heal. I know thats cliche but you aren't going to jump past the hurt. This person will have to prove that they are trustworthy and that they aren't going to hurt you again and that takes time.

I have a scale addiction too. :) However, since I know my weight fluctuates during the day I try to limit it to first thing in the morning, and try not to every day. It's hard.

I have a two year old as well and totally get how hard it can be!! I do the same, walking with the stroller. Also, during naps or after she goes to bed I will do workout videos (that I have or that I find On Demand). I also have a treadmill and I use that after she goes to bed some nights. I love Hungry Girl!! I have never disliked a recipe I've made. I have the new book and the Hungry Girl 1-2-3. I went shopping last night and got stuff to make several items in the new book. :) The only think I've made from it so far though is the Balsamic Chicken Skillet thing, which was good.

I weigh in on Wednesdays, but I think as of today I'm going to join the Friday crowd. It makes more sense to weigh in after I've done well eating all week! I do step on the scale every few days though, just to make sure I'm on track. :)

My husband, who see's me daily, he notices (or at least says he does!) But, I come bouncing out of the bathroom everytime I have a loss because I'm so excited, so he doesn't really have to "notice" because I tell him about every pound down. ;) The gas station attendant where I get gas seems to notice when I loose weight…

Hi! So excited to see this group! I live in Bellingham and cannot wait for this weather to pick up. I'm new to MFP so friend me if you want. I have slowly been loosing weight after I had my daughter (2 1/2 years ago..) and needed something to push me!

I finished C25K awhile back and haven't been running consistently, but can still do 30 minutes. I like this idea and will start next week!
