That's exactly my same thought. Where's the fruits and veg? You'll still get carbs from fruit but less than from breads etc. and I've found too many carbs just sets me up for sugar craving. Plus you need the nutrients from a variety of colors. Eat the rainbow (just not the skittles kind ;)
