I dream of numbers like yours! 5'6" 36 years old Bust 49" started 55" Waist 41"started 51" Hips 43" started 51" I think my body fat is around 45% but just now I reran it and came up at 27% using a different calculator with more measurements so idk.... My goal is under 30% body fat and a waist under 35"

Do you have access to a computer and the Internet at home? If so look up exercise videos on you tube. Jillian michaels has several, I'm doing 30 day shred now, it's hard but it will help you firm up. Plus if I get too hungry I don't sleep we'll :( so I try to combine a healthy fat, think almonds or other nuts or nut butters, along with a carb, high fiber cereal, toast or a small fruit, along with a protein, most nights a cheese stick, but some days I make a yogurt parfait. So what did you find out? I have been curious. I have seen lots of people do it straight through no days off. And I have seen people who do take days off but the only count the days they exercise towards the 30 days. I have been curious to know what the recommendation is for best results. It's not easy! Lots of turning down foods I love or at the very least limiting quantities! I agree day 2 was the worst now after day 5 no soreness at all. It was bad enough I had to rub down my muscles and take a Motrin after day 1,2 and 3.
