Im in! I ran for 30mins yesterday (1st june) and swam today for 30mins! Going to do 30mins of yoga tomorrow as my silly trainers gave me an awful blister!

1. 20 2. Not sure about my shape! I find it so hard to tell, But I think a pear mixed with an apple... 3. Exercising, originally 30mins every day, now about 2mile jog everyday! or at lest getting some walking in there. Also drinking alot of water and just counting the calories!

depending on what time is like midday or my time 10:25pm! you could do some heavy cleaning and then after your dinner or whatever you could walk the children :) do both :) then you have a clean house and get some fresh air to! x

May I ask why then exercise more? why dont you just exercise once a day then you wont have to force yourself to eat more calories. Im new to this site so maybe Ive missed something

I find that if I follow this I can drink my 8 glasses easily; 1 when I wake up (7:30am) 1 after breakfast (8:30am) 1 around snack time (11:00am) 1 before lunch (1:00pm) 1 around afternoon snack time (3:00pm) 1 before dinner (6:00pm) 1 between these to times (8pm) 1 before bed (10:pm) hope this helps!

also onlt 1000 calories! that isnt very good just to eat that amount as ur body will go into starvation mode!
