Totally agree, I eat lots of fruit and veggies that way I get full and they are low in calories for the quantity. take a look at my diary and you can see what I eat on an average day

from teading your other online posts you are aware that you have a problem, you even said on one that you were scared of upping your calorie intake. you seriously need to go find help.

when you say that you continue to eat when you are full... i think what really is happening your are trying to convince yourself in your head that you are full, when infact you are not

The only risk doing it everyday is that you could end up bored, why not do some circuit training, or weigh lifting... or even try some yoga, to stretch out the muscles and prevent injury

Hi guys! Did my last day of level 2 today. Still with modified cardio as the shoulders still in pain :( but not worry I will move onto level 3 and modify bits if I can't do it. Hi everyone, so today was the day that I tried RI30 again, everything was fine until I had to do something that was in a plank position! so my shoulder hurts again! SO FRUSTRATED!!! So I will continue the dvd but do modified of everything e.g NO PLANKS and just do other forms of cardio. Hope your doing good...

I agree with the RICE - as I injured my shoulder and I done this, I basically pulled/over used a tendon. if you want to do cardio, boxing is great, stand in a boxing stance, do fast punches for 30 seconds rest for 10 then repeat! :)
