So it seems that I may have got over excited with doing the weights/lifting. Some how I have managed to inflame a tendon in my shoulder so its painful to lift my arm above my head or out to the side. It's the plank do much I can hold them for ages but when it's mountain climbers or the half burpees it hurts... So any cardio in plank position. I've purchased some push up bars to do the plank cardio with due to having my hands flat on the ground really makes my wrists hurt so I shall let u know how I get on tomorrow :) x

Wow people are doing grea! Amazing stuff! Just want to say, that you've got to work harder this week than you did the week before! A lot of the weight may have been water or Xmas food bloating. So this week we all have to try harder to get them really good losses! I'm sure we can all do it!

I understand what your all staying, but I don't feel like I need a break *yet* from doing the work out everyday. As this is the only exercising that im doing. Surely only half hour of exercise a day out of 24 hours is enough rest? Either day day 6 is down. Looking forward to finishing day 7 and weighing in on sunday

With all that working out I'd say your not eating enough! During the summer I worked out everyday either running tennis swimming whatever I wasn't losing any weight was on strict calories.
