My starting weight/measurements are: Weight: 118.2 Waist: 27 inches Hips: 33.5 inches Thighs: 21 inches Chest: 29.6 inches Arms: 10 inches These may all seem small but im 5''1 so im super short! also I think my weights are like 1.1kg or 1.1lb?! I think I need to up the weight! Also I finished Week 1 Day 2 today!

Im sure you can do the 30 day shred, as a beginner just do what parts you can, so the warm up & the cool down you can defiantly do. i base all my cals in a week totally. so say one day i burn 600 cals and i cant work out one day then i would divide the 600 over two days so then at the end of the week i still have the same total cals if that makes sense

hi im 5"1 to and im given 1200 a day for a loss, 1530 for maintance, as we are so short we really sont need as much as other people. do you exericse? i have to at lest burn 300 cals from exercise to be able to eat enough for the day, if dont exercise i will definately be hungry all day unless im getting veg all day x

116.4! JESUS CHRIST! the scale keeps going up and up! I've started 30 day shred again as I need to get to 112lbs! thats my goal weight but instead of it getting closer its getting further away, In December i'm going to make sure I eat well and exercise everyday! i'm sure I can get down to 112 by boxing day!

morning :) so last week I was 115.2 this week im 115.8! HOWEVER over the weekend I did have roast gammon and I think the salt intake did take me to 116.8 so Im glad its come down abit, I need to up the exercise but ive hurt my foot so i cant run, and i dont have a pool near me :( any suggestions would help!
