I've just reordered Ripped in 30, it doesn't come out in the UK until December 27th. I wont get the actual DVD until the 30th... Thanks, as I said i've already done the 30 day, I once did all levels in one day, couldn't walk the next day! I just need a new DVD to get me motivated.

I have to check in early as I was wont be around tomorrow to post my weigh in. 114lbs So I lost the 0.6 just another 2 pounds to go then i'm at my second weight goal. I need to really try! I have one of my friends party in a month and I want to be nice and slim for the pictures then!

No. defiantly not! Fasting of any kind is not good for you. Your body is a machine which removes toxins from your body, by not eating or fasting you prevent the body from working properly. Its like filling your car with just water. It wont work.

For me, SWEATING! So more of an experiment, I was sick to death of sweating just after walking a little bit. I dont want to be restricted to black or white tops just because I sweat! haha. But I so feel its working! so Its good :)

For me as being 5"1 im given a 1200 calorie aim, only 300 cals deficit. Some days I find this number a struggle! when I have rest days etc, but I usually exercise everyday so I eat more, and net always 1200 calories.
