This week I lost another 5lb taking my total so far this month to 16lb. I'm going to do a weigh-in on Thursday 1st February morning to get an overall lost in January total. It would be great if I could drop another 4 to round it up to 20 but I don't think I will. I'll also post a breakdown of my weekly results on Thursday too.0 -

2.8lbs down this week. I had a few big burns this week so I guess it paid off. Hopefully I can the start the year off good by losing the other 1.9lbs to hit 10 but I was only aiming for 8, so I'm chuffed by my loss so far.
