    Wow people are doing grea! Amazing stuff! Just want to say, that you've got to work harder this week than you did the week before! A lot of the weight may have been water or Xmas food bloating. So this week we all have to try harder to get them really good losses!

    I'm sure we can all do it!

    Had an amazing week losing 10 pounds. I'm a big guy with lots to lose but I feel so motivated by seeing the weight reducing on the scales each time I look!
