    A lot of my weight loss was flushing salt out of my system. I am so proud that we went to a Japanese Steakhouse and although I had Filet and Scallops, I ate until full and didn't notice any increase on the scale this morning.

    Yay, I lost 2.6lbs and I'm finally under 200lbs! :smile: Now I have 3lbs to go until I'll be unclassified as obese, I'm going to try and push this week to do it by next Sunday. Good luck to everyone!
