1/1/12 - SW = 24st 2lbs (336lbs)
8/1/12 - Wk 1 = 23st 5lbs (329lbs) - down 11lbs
15/1/12 - Wk 2 = 23st 5lbs (329lbs) - no change
22/1/12 - Wk 3 = 23 3lbs (327lbs) - down 2lbs
I was hoping for a loss after last week. I was so busy I wasn't eating three meals a day and some days I was eating as low as 700 clories a day. This week i made sure I ate three meals a day and aimed for about 1200 calories and got a loss. I managed to fit in a little bit f exercise too which helped I'm sure.
It is annoying hough that I needed just one more pound to have lost my first stone. Oh well never mind! :ohwell:
