Thank you, I wasn't trying to keep myself in any zones as I don't know what they are, all I know is yesterday I burnt 600 calories having a high HR so I was trying to do the same today.... I will just continue to work hard and ignore the fat burning part! Thanks :)

well it is more of an aerobic class, involving warm ups, sprinting, burpies, star jumps, bunny hops, sort of 'tag game', sparring, and general circuit training. rather than just punching... hmm its hard to find something that is accurate,

i am also interested in if i should do other activities while doing this dvd. also i wouldnt worry about bulking up, body builders spend along time, even years trying to bulk up, i dont think you will have a problem :)

im sure you'll be able to do it! first of make your food diary public, as its easier for people to help you out as we can recomend good foods and maybe things to cut out :) also you have nearly 2 months as long as your strict and exercise you'll be fine just think how happy you'll be when your on your wedding day :)

I do jogging around my area for 20-30mins, then once i get home and can breath, i do 2 sets of ten push ups, reverse sits ups, lunges with weights, squats, hammer curls, bicep curls etc, just general weight/ muscles exercies

ah thats guys, ive been looking at other calulaters and they mention this vox2 thing that apprently you should enter into your hrm to make it more accurate but my hrm does not allow this function. i just dont want to over estimate the calories i have burnt! but thatnyou for your responses :)

See I find that interesting where they say breakfast should be the biggest meal, as you burn more calories throughout the day. What annoys me more is when im out and something isnt already on the system so i have to add quick calories, its not to bad though. Just make sure your nibbling the right things! like almonds, berries, carrot sticks etc. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself once a day. Perhaps treating yourself in another way such as new clothes, even better gym clothes will motivate you some more, you have done really well so far :) x

Its good to make kids aware that healthy food is good for them, but at such an age surely its the parents. Its the parents with the money, and who go food shopping. If there is unhealthy food in the house it is only the parents to blame the children (unless they are old enough for pocket money and can go to the shops…

i agree soda is bad full stop. if your drinking 8 glasses of water a day you shouldnt really have time to drink coke. ive given it up basically due to not being able to fit it in with my water intake. there is far to much sugar in these drinks so if your serious about getting healthy then do with out.

also I weight only 116 pounds so its difficult to burn calories anyway (im only 5"1) so maybe if I have hand weights will this increase the calorie burn when doing step aerobics?

i will try to jog for longer, but i have a serious blister from the arch in my trainers, so afterna while it gets to sore to carry on! i thought about washing the car to! thanks for the respones

From looking at what you have put into your food diary so far, you have been over your calories... its good that your exercising and eating back your calories, but your really shouldnt be going over that amount...
