  • I had 3 guys racing around me. They were racing each other which would have been fine execpt 2 were in one lane next to me and the other guy was sharing my lane. They would race for 1 lap and stand around in the shallows talking while they caught their breath. I was sooo happy when a lane opened up!
  • Don't try to cut too many calories in addition to so much exercise. If your hungry all the time you will fail. As for exercise 30 mins a day doesn't sound so bad, but if you're planning on using that $app you talked about, you could get burned out - quit - and go broke. :tongue:

  • OMG I wish I've found ya'll sooner!!! I work day W and TH (8am-5pm) and night F, SA and Sun. (11pm-7am) I don't sleep M's or F's because I've either been up all night then have to be awake for my son all day (M) or the other way around on F.
