My fav. thing to do w/ Diet Dr Pepper is to cut up an apple and place it in a baking pan or bread loaf pan and pour the soda over top and bake it @ 350 for 40 minutes. The soda caramelizes and apples soften and it is a yummy treat.

the only kind of yougurt really worth it is the sugar free kind. all the sugar and crap they add in it kill any kinda of good probiotics in it. i try not to buy into the yogurt hype but fiber one has yummy key lime pie haha but i usally go with fat free low sugar yogurts,

I had 1 cup of Blue Diamond unsweetened Almond Milk (40 calories) , 6 oz of non fat vanilla yogurt (90 calories) and the Hungry Girl Yummy sweet and savory bread pudding bowel (its like sausage and french toast drizzled with sugar free syrup and powdered sugar) which was only 263 calories. It was delicious and very filling.

I plan my day ahead of time so the only person who really knows is my fiancee. It also keeps me on track because I am like "Oh I didn't plan that. NO!" so its nice that I have to stick to my plan and cannot go crazy.
