take 1 cup frozen fruit and microwave for 45 seconds. mix in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. stick in the fridge for 30 min = chia jelly

work is a detriment to my goals. ER RN and so that means irregular eating, quick eating, eating while standing, only fast things that can be prepared to eat. sometimes no eating.

2 oz shrimp - 81 cal 1 laughing cow wedge - 35 cal housefoods shirataki noodles 1 package - 40 cals pepper and Italian seasonings - which techincall = 0 cals but i figure there maybe 4 ish idk lol so 156 w/o spices but i like round numbers haha

i stuff pita pockets with chicken and feta cheese. we use Italian seasoning on just about everything. Tea is a great thing too (i think) and be sure to try and find la factory tortillas! they are HUGE only 100 calories and have 13g of fiber! great for burritos stuffed full of veggies, meat and cheese. guacamole is nice on…

have you tried plain greek yogurt as a swap? i like FF cream cheese instead of mayo w/ my tuna. i know it sounds strange but 2T = 30 cals & is yummy
