    I LOVE shrimp alfredo. We use a very low calorie sauce, but what kind of noodles are you using for the calories to be so low?

    2 oz shrimp - 81 cal
    1 laughing cow wedge - 35 cal
    housefoods shirataki noodles 1 package - 40 cals
    pepper and Italian seasonings - which techincall = 0 cals but i figure there maybe 4 ish idk lol

    so 156 w/o spices but i like round numbers haha
