Hey everyone, you all have inspired me so much so I thought I would share with you my progress so far! Here is me a week after I delivered my daughter in April, and here is me now, almost 70 pounds lighter. If I can do it, ANYONE can!!

thanks SO much everyone, i really appreciate the kind words it took me about 7 months to lose the weight. i use the elliptical about 15-30 mins a day and i recently started strength training 0
