    thanks SO much everyone, i really appreciate the kind words :) it took me about 7 months to lose the weight. i use the elliptical about 15-30 mins a day and i recently started strength training :)

    Wow. These success stories are amazing. I've lost approximately 32 lbs. and have about 50 more to go to reach my goal. It's incredible what the human spirit can endure and overcome. You look absolutely gorgeous. Guys must be snapping their own necks to see that cute face. The energy of these success's is a true inspiration. Make it a lifestyle change and don't ever look back.
