yea i posted it yesterday but not as a tiny url. we did 2 posts yesterday which is unusual for the blog so that means we are not doing one today but still trying to spread the word :) no spam just learning new tools and tricks of the internet. much easier to cut and paste a smaller link i think!

dumb diet myths... hmmm as long as you eat less calories its OK just wast 3 twinkies per day that is less calories. i was like wowwww that is great advice if you want to die tomorrow of a stroke!

love wraps and sandwhiches!! i use la factory tortilla wraps (80-100 calories) and they are nice and large!! and i really like flat out flat breads for a wrap or a quickie pizza (90-100 calories). one thing i do when i bake something is to cut up the portion sizes right then and there and then place the extras in the fridge, bag them up or whatever so they are out of sight out of mind type thing. hope that helps maybe a little

bigger lunch is an idea. fruits and veggies are always a good idea too. i like to do an apple and a laughing cow cheese wedge. or maybe a 100 calorie baggie of popcorn. or a small side salad? just a few thoughts.

Why go to subway when you can make it for less at home? and their bread isnt really that great for you. but i think it sounds like a good plan. get in lots of veggies and protein that way

Apples, toast, really good on apple walnut bread, rice krisp chips, mixed in some oatmeal, celery, add some of your favorite sugar free preserves and its always delicious!

hmmm.... this is going to sound funny but grapes. honest to godness i will eat 3 lbs of grapes in 1 sitting. what bad thing can i not resist? mozzarella sticks. who doesnt love cheese (expect those who are lactose :-P ) and who doesn't like fried things?!
