    Breakfast was a fried egg, two slices of turkey bacon, and a sprouted grain toast with peanut butter. Trying to eat more protein/fats for breakfast to keep me going longer!

    Lunch: Caesar Salad w/ fat free dressing and croutons

    Right now I'm having a late lunch of chicken chili with some crackers.

    I don't get home till after 8 so I have some trail mix if I start having trouble concentrating.

    Last night for dinner I made black beans and caramelized corn so I'll be having it again, probably over half a cup of white rice

    Edit: Forgot to add that I woke up early today and actually made myself breakfast. A piece of whole wheat toast with an egg and piece of bacon on top. Very filling, didn't even finish it, actually.

    I had oatmeal and coffee, but I'm eating a subway sandwich for lunch and dinner and also my homemade veggie potato soup.

    I love Subway! I am always curious about what others get there!! I either get the ham and turkey or the roasted chicken with american cheese, spinach, lettuce, pickles, cucumber and mustard
