Breakfast was a fried egg, two slices of turkey bacon, and a sprouted grain toast with peanut butter. Trying to eat more protein/fats for breakfast to keep me going longer!0

lunch-salad with tuna and red peppers-trisquits
snack 15 almonds-green tea
supper-Omelette-whole wheat english muffin-grilled veggies and grilled peach
snack-wine;-0 laughing cow cheese on veggies0 -
Flat out flatbread baked into tortilla chips and Wholly Guacamole in spicy
What a good idea, yum!

BKFST: 2 poached eggs and 2 slices of stone ground whole wheat toast with I can't believe it's not butter
Snack: Breakstone's Cottage double with strawberres
Lunch: Caesar Salad w/ fat free dressing and croutons
snack: will be having some cantaloupe soon
dinner: Baked ParmasanTilapia with asparagus spears0 -
Breakfast: Wheetabix with skim milk and black coffee
Lunch: Pasta with chicken white sauce
Snack: Chocolate milk
Dinner: Chicken with edemame salad0 -
Right now I'm having a late lunch of chicken chili with some crackers.
I don't get home till after 8 so I have some trail mix if I start having trouble concentrating.
Last night for dinner I made black beans and caramelized corn so I'll be having it again, probably over half a cup of white rice
Edit: Forgot to add that I woke up early today and actually made myself breakfast. A piece of whole wheat toast with an egg and piece of bacon on top. Very filling, didn't even finish it, actually.0 -
