44 calorie bread/ pancake

have not tried this out but in my head it seems like it would work out so thought i would share

Makes 1 serving @ 44 calories, 6 grams of protein, 1 net carb, 0 grams of fat

1/4 cup egg substitute or egg whites
2 tbsp psyllium husks
1 tsp cream of tartar (I don’t measure.. just dump it in! LOL)
1 tsp baking powder (once again, just eyeball)
Water

Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
Blend together egg whites, cream of tartar, psyllium husks, and baking powder.
Let mixture set for about 5 minutes.
The mixture will have thickened a lot, add a couple tbsp of water to thin out.
Pour onto skillet like pancakes, let cook 5 minutes per side.

**Pancake Variation: Do the same as above, but use 3/4 cup egg whites, 3 tbsp psyllium husk, and seasonings of your choice. Let sit as long as possible, as it will thicken better this way. (Wait AT LEAST 5 minutes- I usually do about 15!)
