    for breakfast: medium banana, half a whole wheat turkey and swiss sandwhich

    lunch: eggplant, chinese broccoli, and tofu

    dinner: not sure yet

    snack: some multi grain pringles and some mixed nuts

    I just started keeping a supply of fruits and veggies here at my office. I'm hoping that by snacking on them throughout the day, I'll eat better when I get home, and I'll start getting the nutrients I need. I'm not very good about eating my veggies, so this should help :smile:

    So far not to bad, my work out today burned off my breakfast and snack, part of lunch too

    Breakfast: 2 scambled eggs w/salsa and swiss cheese and 100 cal english muffin
    Snack: red grapes and mini babybell cheese
    lunch: Salad

    Dinner tonight- pork chops- baked or broiled, not sure with some kind of veggie

    had a banana, fiber one bar, and two milanos at breakfast, then whole wheat pasta with marinara and meatballs for lunch. gonna have a banana and apple for snacks, and then chicken, peppers, and onions for dinner!

    Left over chipotle bowl from last night::: Rice, chicken, black beans, hot sauce and lettuce
    Flat out flatbread baked into tortilla chips and Wholly Guacamole in spicy

    Lunch:

    3 oz chicken in pita w/ spicy hummus and some shrimp

    Dinner:

    working tonight so a little heatable meal thing: Chicken Parm w/ a side of BBQ soy chips and an apple (granny smith)

    Snack:

    Chocolate Chip Cookie made from scratch :)
