In my opinion it really depends on what you eat. IF you eat processed foods and packaged things... you will have a higher calorie intake and therefore should make sure to not eat over what you have set for yourself, and your progress will be slow. You won't be able to eat as much food and you won't have as much progress…

Totally agree... any yes, you can have skinny cows and sugar free pudding; if you are gonna do a cleanse, I wouldn't eat those everyday or anything but once a week won't kill you :wink:

I plan on eating the things I want to, within moderation, but I'm also going work workout! I may not get a workout in on the actual days, but I'm gonna try... even if it's a quick video or something... it's not really that I can't enjoy the day, it's just that I get stressed out if I don't do something to break a sweat.

I'm 5'1.5" ... I've lost 24 pounds since May but about 35 pounds overall.... Here's some of mine :) I haven't updated my after pics in about a month or so, but I have lost some more inches since the last was taken :)

I have the sprints as well, and I love them. Make sure to go to a store that carries five fingers and try them on; that way you will get the right fit... better to go a little big rather than too small, some of your toes might be longer than your actual foot size would call for and that can be bothersome. I used to be this way as well. After I had children and since I've been on birth control and such, it has helped a ton. Check your shoes... a lot of times wore out running/workout shoes will start to cause knee/hip/leg pains because they aren't giving you the support they are supposed to... they are doing more harm than good. If they are looking worn on the bottom, it's probably time to get new shoes.

I see certain bodies that I'd love to look like... and now that I'm more comfortable with myself I totally think to myself, I wonder what all they do to get that, or I admire all of the work that it has taken for them to look like that. I have every intention to finish the darn dvd... I really do, but I think I'm just going to use it as a supplement to my other workouts.
