look at your food diary recently and see if there is anything you are eating more of... you might be eating more veggies or other fiber or added a new type of dairy or something.... I wouldn't give up fiber because that's so good for you, but examine everything else you have been eating to see if there is anything…

Ironically enough, if you aren't drinking enough water, you retain it... DRINK YOUR WATER! lol if you don't like the taste of it, try some crystal light or Mio or another flavoring for your water... Finished the jumping jacks, the 21s, drank plenty of water, under my calories, and walked 1.5 miles tonight on top of my other workouts.... Woohoo! We're gettin it done!

Finished everything today.... up/downs, I have even done everything from earlier in the week as well today... lol... I was in a boot camp class and did sit-ups, crunches, jumping jacks, up-downs, along with a lot of other things... I also walked a mile total today .... woohoo... that's on top of my normal pilates class…

Already half way on my water and have a cycle class tonight; those definitely help with the water consumage! lol I'll do my ab work after my class and I'll for sure be under my calorie goal because that class will rip it!

scales definitely disagree all of the time, but if you are planning on using your new digital one, i would use that weight. Also doctor scales are more accurate than most so I would definitely take that weight over your old one... and it just sounds like you lost some weight... Besides, if you weighed yourself last night…
