I have two suggestions for you. If you can't buy new pans at this time, try soaking the pans with a dryer sheet in them before you wash them. Works wonders. Second suggestion is, if you can buy new pans get the ones that are nonstick CERAMIC coated. I bought a couple of those a few years ago and they are the best nonstick…

I did WW back in 2007. I gotta say I prefer MFP. The points system of WW now seems like a convoluted gimick compared to the simplicity of MFP. MFP is simple calories in calories out. The database is awesome as well. No "bad foods" on MFP either. Just budgeting and planning. Basically on MFP you end up building your own…

Lots of good advice given here. I would also add avoid ordering anything through a fiberglass clowns face, or other kind of speaker/microphone device. It can only make you fat and/or bloated.

I hear ya! Even back before I put on the weight, I still wore pants 6 sizes larger than the other girls in school because of the way I am built under the fat. Of course I didn't understand that then and "hate ate" myself up to 362 lbs.

I found this on another thread that was talking about frame size. It uses real wrist measurements. I may be a freak. I am 355 but I still have relatively boney wrists so I am pretty confident I got an accurate assessment as Large Boned. Really more of a confirmation of information back before I put all the weight on.…

I just sent you a FR and forgot to put a message on it. Feel free to add me if you like. I am 42, 355 lbs and just starting out on a 5 year plan to get the weight off.

You may have overdone it. Are you trying to walk 80 minutes every day right off the bat? I have frequent pain in knees and ankles if I overdo even just walking. I would rest my legs for a couple of days and see if a shorter walk is okay, and then build back up. Also there is a concept I have just learned from…

Got here through a friend. Awesome job on the loss!

That sounds a lot like the tendonitis I was getting a few years ago. Would just come on out of nowhere and POW! Rest and OTC anti-inflammatories. If a week or two doesn't clear it up see the doctor for some stronger meds.

Back in the 90's I was diagnosed with PCOS. I can relate some there.

Okay, MFP definitely has me above 1200 a day. It has me at 2160 to lose 1 pound per week. (I'm a really big girl). I read all these posts talking about using the TDEE method instead of the 1200 -1400 that MFP tells you to use. MFP never tried to put me in that range. I only started a month ago so I was wondering if MFP had…
