Have you tried maple grove farms Honey Dijon? Only 35 cal for 2 TB. They have a great Raspberry Vinaigrette as well. Hormel precooked bacon is only 70 cals fo r 4 slices. One minute in the microwave and done. And just one slice can add tons of flavor! If anyone has a Costco or a Samsclub they sell a huge package with 72 slices for 9.00. Pretty cheap overall.

True story. My background is social work and behavioral health so positive reinforcement in a non judgemental atmosphere is key in my world regardless of the situation. Everyone is on the same path here on mfp just some ppl are further along that path. The point is we'll all get there with encouragement and inspiration! :)
