Scratch pizza for dinner! The right side is mine, which includes pepperoni, bacon, ham, sausage, chicken, onions, peppers, and jalapeños. Putting down a pound of steamed broccoli, too. No such thing as being in Diet Prison while on the #OMAD lifestyle!

That sounds interesting. I'll have to look into that!

Two medium pancakes with half of a banana, five scrambled eggs mixed with spicy sausage. Used a serving of sugar free syrup on the pancakes with a bit of Kerrygold butter.

That looks good! I eat a lot hamburgers without the bun. Homemade Big Mac sauce rules. I make mine with light mayonnaise and reduced sugar ketchup, and it gets slathered all over the goods.

Second day of using our Black & Decker Air Fryer. Highly recommended! I broke up two chicken tenders into a flour tortilla along with some spring mix, dill pickles, and a light homemade Big Mac sauce, 1lb of steamed cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli, as well as a chunk of ghost pepper cheese. Washed down with a light…

What would you and anyone else reading this thread consider to be, "High carb?" In 2010, I lost over 100 lbs. eating Medifast meals and cooking dinner, which consisted between 85-100g of carbs per day. Good carbs, not from sugar. I usually stay within the 60g range.

The best part about OMAD is freedom. You don't have to put yourself into Diet Prison by not allowing yourself certain foods. It's all about moderation. Listen to what your mind tells you. "You can't have this now, but you can have it later," should be repeated ad nauseum when you find yourself getting weak around food.…

I've been 100% steadfast on OMAD since getting back onto the horse two weeks ago. My mind is clear, sleep is better (worst part of my health), quit drinking heavily, and feel more motivated than ever. Motivated not just because of this eating lifestyle, but also in my daily choices and activities. We've got this.

Weight: 359.6 lbs Height: 6'5" Struggles: Alcohol dependence to help insomnia, which leads to binge eating and numerous ill effects. OMAD Start: 1/4/2017 OMAD Time: 430p-830p Goal Weight: 250 lbs is my minimum goal I've tried OMAD a handful of times going back nearly three years ago after finding this page. It's an…

Three chipotle chicken sausages topped with wasabi mayo, 16 oz of steamed broccoli with bacon bits, and baked Alexia fries with light ranch. Dessert is half of an Ugli fruit. The best fruit ever. :)

I've been drinking three cups of fresh ground Eight O'Clock coffee in the mornings. My daily intake of water is at least one gallon, sometimes with fresh squeezed lemon. Having diet soda a few times week is also nice.

Many things! 1. More options at dinner time. While doing other diets such as Medifast, I would eat 6 small pre-packaged meals per day plus a low carb/high protein dinner. Feeling full was impossible unless I was chugging water. We all know how long that full feeling lasts. 2. Saving money. Buying less food = more money in…

Each morning I've been drinking a 24 oz. serving of coffee with three Splenda packets and a serving of creamer (usually the good stuff like Bailey's). Prior to heading out the door, I powerslam 32 oz. of cold water to wake myself up. For dinner, at least every other day, I down a shot of Bragg's, and have been drinking at…

Day 12 of OMAD (Sunday 3/29). This has to be the best pizza that my wife has ever made. Homemade wheat dough using only six ingredients (Wheat flour, white flour, yeast, salt, sugar, and water). Toppings include pizza sauce, a mix of three cheeses (2% mexican, mozzarella, and 2% cheddar), diced peppers (jalapenos, wax, red…

These were probably the best tacos I have eaten since we were in Mexico last year. Homemade tortillas are a slice of heaven.

Day 8 of One Meal A Day. Large salad with lettuce, spinach, kale, shredded carrots, jalapeños, bell peppers, wax peppers, tomatoes, 2% cheese, and light vinaigrette. Best part is to the left. Anna made homemade tortillas, pico de gallo, and fish. My tacos also have a strip or two of sriracha, spinach, and sour cream.…

This is how the BIG GUY likes to throw down after a long day! Salad - Fresh lettuce, kale, spinach, wax peppers, bell peppers, shredded carrots, cucumbers, jalapenos, tomatoes, cracked pepper, and 2% shredded cheese. Light balsamic vinaigrette dressing (not over doing it). Protein - Cream of mushroom/chicken soup + chicken…

Since starting OMAD about two months ago, I'm down around 25 lbs, while my wife is down 15. It's a fantastic lifestyle and I don't feel guilty all of the time. I know that weight loss is time consuming, and that I need to be patient. I love being able to come home after a hard day, eat a big salad, a nice portion of meat,…

The first few days were very rough with the dizzyness, feeling groggy, and overall just blech. The OP is correct in that after your first week, it gets easier. By week 2-3, you're in full bore weight loss mode. In about six weeks, I'm down around 25 lbs from 341. I'll take it! Some days are harder than others, and those…

My wife and I started OMAD on June 16th. I'm 6'5", and weighed 341, while my wife is 5'2" and weighed 154. In the last three weeks, I have lost 15 lbs, while my wife has lost 8. The first three days were tough, but I learned that a hunger pain doesn't mean that I'm starving. Water is such a huge help. It's great to come…

It is still an adjustment that I am not eating 3-4 small meals and then dinner everyday, but I feel incredibly normal doing one meal a day. My wife and I are enjoying the consistent losses in weight, uptick in energy, and better sleep. Everyone that I have talked to about our lifestyle change have been highly critical…

My wife and I started eating one meal per day on Monday the 16th. I'm 6'5" and started at 341, while my wife is 5'2" and started at 154. Water consumption for myself is about 1 to 1.5gal per day, while my wife drinks between .5 to .75 gal perday. Since then, I have lost 14 lbs while my wife has lost 6.5. Other than normal…
