Knocked out 2 minutes of forearm and side planks yesterday and today! It was challenging, it felt good to use my abs though.

I used to stick to cardio too and avoided strength training, I'm not sure why, starting has been great though! It makes me feel strong and empowered. As far as where to start, we have trainers at my YMCA who will walk a person through the machines to get them started.
