Yep, I ate 3 chicken fajitas, a side of rice & beans, & tortilla chips and salsa at my fav mexican place today at lunch. I don't feel bad about it because...it was soooo good. I am really uneducated when it comes to eating back your exercise calories but I know that for me, I walk every night so that I have those extra calories. Where did you find the portable food scale?

I understand I can buy a food scale, but I wont be taking a food scale with me to work or when I go out of town on business. My main issue is with carbs-pastas and potatoes.
