Hang in there Cherry! You can do this! I have 3 kids and while they aren't babies anymore, I never lost the weight I gained with each of my pregnancies. I know how you feel! My family (3 kids, hubs, mom) would eat up all of my stuff first so what I ended up doing was buying a mini fridge for my room. I know it sounds silly or extreme but I buy my fruits, veggies, yogurt, etc and then stash it in my fridge. They also get those kinds of things but go through it much faster…

30 DS is meant to be done every day. You are supposed to do each level for 10 consecutive days. Hope this helps!

I try to weigh my foods because I'm still new at this and not always sure I'm "eyeballing" accurately. But I know that I won't be measuring forever.

My fav right now is a peanut butter & banana sandwich made on a sandwich round. I usually use low fat pb and half a banana. It is soooo good!!

Oh and I forgot to put my most important one. In April 2012 my hubs & I will have been married for 20 years. We are going to renew our vows and I want to do it at the beach. I have the vision of the dress I want to wear in my head and I sooooo want the body necessary to pull it off.

Only equipment needed is a mat if you are exercising on a hard surface and hand weights. FYI keep a water bottle near by too. You'll need it:bigsmile:

My absolute favorite thing to drink is diet coke from the fountain-not bottled or canned. I used to drink probably 5-8 of them a day. But since I have started MFP, I have cut wayyyyy back. I drink around 120 ounces of water a day so I feel good about drinking 1 or 2 of my favorite thing! :drinker:
